Mark Keenan F.Inst.Pa - Founder, Managing Director and Certified ParalegalMark Keenan is the founder and Managing Director of Online Legal Services Limited.
An experienced legal practitioner with over 20 years experience in family law. He founded the company whilst working in Solicitors practice as a senior family law manager and in effect invented the concept of online divorce in the UK.
Mark is also the Entrepreneur of the Year for Wiltshire having won the prestigious award at the Wiltshire Business of the Year Awards on 29th February 2008.
Prior to setting up the company, Mark managed three family law departments in Dorset and the West Midlands.
He has overseen the company rise from being a bedroom website to becoming a mainstream legal services company with an excellent reputation throughout the UK and abroad not only among the general public but amongst the legal profession the judiciary and the highest levels of Government.
"We offer a different service to Solicitors as we only deal with people who have agreed their separation and divorce and help people with our award winning service which allows our clients to create their own proceedings. His aim has always been to help people undertake their own uncontested divorce proceedings without needing to employ Solicitors and incurring their high costs.

Mark has seen the company grow to a staff of 7 with additional professional work outsourced to legal professionals in the UK. Online Legal Services has also acquired two other online divorce websites in 2007 which have been merged into the Online Legal Services brand.

Stuart May, F.Inst.Pa - Principal Case Manager
Stuart May is a highly qualified Certified Paralegal and is responsible for supervising the team who process all the divorce applications that our client's create through Divorce-Online.
Stuart's mission is to make sure all cases go through as smoothly as possible and his expert procedural knowledge ensures that where problems do occur, they are dealt with swiftly and professionally. Stuart is also our Court liaison and has regular meetings with the Court Managers to ensure both organisations are dealing with matters in an efficient manner.

Jackie Penney As.Inst.Pa- Administration
Jackie Penney is an Associate Paralegal and is in charge of general administration and comes from a background working for a large Insurance company.
She is responsible for the efficient running of the office, and our procedures to make sure our company continues to comply with the high standards of administration placed upon us by our professional bodies and our duty of care to the client.
She has completed her qualification in divorce and family law procedures to ensure she continues to understand the legal needs of our clients. |

Pietro Perugino - Web Development Manager
Pietro is responsible for the development of all internal and external systems within the company and has been working in an Internet and software development environment since completing his studies.
His experience includes working for legal software and case management systems as well as general web and high end database development.
His mission is to make all our services as easy to use as possible from both a user and client experience and to develop the best online case management and volume legal document processing system in the UK.

Sarah Robins - Case Manager
Sarah is a Case Manager and Paralegal.
She
is undergoing a period of intensive study to
enable her to qualify as a Specialist Family Law Paralegal which is recognised as one the highest academic and practical qualifications that can be obtained.
Upon her qualification from The University of Bristol she will be one of the most qualified paralegals in England and Wales in her field and a member of an elite body of professionals.
Sarah is extremely motivated and proactive and helping her clients is a passion not a job.

Stacey Carter joined the company in 2006 and has recently qualified as an Associate Paralegal.
Stacey is responsible for Divorce related client services.
Stacey has also been trained to assist the Case Managers and is a bridge between the clients and the case managers.
She is the first point of contact for clients and during proceedings will liaise between the client and the Case managers to ensure that communication is always smooth and that the client is kept informed at all times.
Stacey is continuing her professional education to achieve Certified Paralegal status with the Institute of Paralegals.

Kirsty has recently joined the company to assist the case managers and has a background in legal departments. She is studying law at the moment. As with all our staff she will be expected to obtain Institute of Paralegal status to allow her to have practical as well as academic skills.

Mark is the website founder and a former practicing family lawyer and member of Resolution. He is particularly interested in children's law and domestic violence issues and regularly provides comment and insight for the media. Mark is responsible for keeping the site up-to-date and spends a great deal of time researching the web to find interesting and relevant articles for publication.
Omar Malik - Practicing Barrister
Omar is a senior barrister with leading south coast chambers 18 Carlton Crescent in Southampton and specialises in family law, particularly child cases and finance. He has worked with Mark Keenan in practice over many years and they have continued their professional relationship with the Divorce-Online project.
