Divorce-Online - The concept
Divorce-Online literally
invented online
self-help divorce services in the UK in
1999. Our ground breaking software
enables UK divorce clients to produce their own completed
documents at a fraction of the cost and time of a high street
Solicitor.
Any other "reserved" legal proceedings are drafted by external
experienced Solicitors.
How can our company draft legal documents?
Quite simply, we don't.With the advent of the Internet and advances in legal
software, we are able to provide a powerful and intelligent document creation tool to enable our
clients to prepare their own legal documents with our
software.
Any other services we provide such as consent
orders and agreements are drafted by external qualified Solicitors on our client's behalf.
Like Solicitors and other professionals we choose to hold professional Indemnity Insurance
to protect our clients, in the unlikely event something
should go wrong.
All our staff are trained to a very high
standard and are subject to mandatory continuing
professional training to ensure they are well versed
in the latest regulations and legislation relating to
divorce and family law procedure and client care. All
staff have to undertake at least 12 hours of training
each year.
Content and Community features
Divorce-Online is also a free, content rich resource
for people in a divorce or separation situation. It
allows them to access a wealth of information and
services regarding family law matters. We believe in
providing as much free information as we can to help our
users make informed choices.
