Decree Absolute Service


If you need to find out whether you or your ex-partner are divorced we can help you by undertaking a search of the Decree Absolute register for you.

There are two available products:

Search up to 10 years

Cost: £95

Decree Absolute: Search up to 10 years

Search over 10 years

Cost: £130

Decree Absolute: Search over 10 years

All you have to do is pay our fee, which includes your court fees, and download our fact finder.

On completion e-mail the completed questionnaire to the address given and let us do the rest.

  • If the person you are searching for has been married for less than 10 years (from today’s date) the fee is £95
  • If the person you are searching for has been married for more than 10 years (from today’s date) the fee is £130

The search will round 28 days to come back. We will then send you the certificate or a report with the search result if negative. This can be used in court proceedings
